Hamilton’s Alena Sharp tied for eighth at the Arkansas Championship this year — her best finish at the tournament. The 35-year-old has produced two top-11 finishes in her past four events. Sharp is seeded 31st at Rio and 85th in the world.

Track and field: De Grasse in the 200m semifinals at 9 p.m. ET (CBC)
