NFL announces teams playing in 2017 London games

The home of English soccer and rugby will host the 2017 London Series, with Ravens-Jaguars or Saints-Dolphins kicking off the international festivities at Wembley Stadium, the NFL announced Tuesday.

It’s the first time the league will play four games in a season in London. Here’s the schedule:

— Week 3 or 4 (Sept. 24 or Oct. 1): Baltimore Ravens vs. Jacksonville Jaguars at Wembley Stadium

— Week 3 or 4 (Sept. 24 or Oct. 1): New Orleans Saints vs. Miami Dolphins at Wembley Stadium

— Week 7 or 8 (Oct. 22 or 29): Minnesota Vikings vs. Cleveland Browns at Twickenham Stadium

— Week 7 or 8 (Oct. 22 or 29): Arizona Cardinals vs. Los Angeles Rams at Twickenham Stadium

The game times and dates will be finalized and announced next spring in conjunction with the full 2017 NFL schedule.

Counting the four in 2017, the league will have played 21 games in the UK since the first regular-season game in London in 2007. This season, the NFL says it is on a pace to reach a record number of unique TV viewers in the UK.
